How come Riot doesn't change a skin when a large amount of players ask for it?

I've actually been wondering this for a quite some time, but only decided to make a post about it now. I bought Dreadnova Gangplank and a lot of people (including myself) think his Q sounds like a pee-shooter, it kind of turns me off of the skin and i just go Special Forces or Minuteman. A lot of people are complaining about the Victorious Graves skin, and are pretty disappointed in it, the same with Lancer Blitzcrank's walk animation. My question simply is, wouldn't fixing stuff like this on skins increase sales? Wouldn't that give Riot more profit and make the players more happy? I know i'm probably never going to get the Q on Dreadnova Gangplank changed, but is there a good reason behind them not upgrading skins a little bit to satisfy more players and sell more skins? It just seems a little dumb to me.

They do change skins based on feedback from what I'm seeing (with the new kata skin). Also blitz is barely on the pbe yet you're complaining that they've not making adjustments? When they have 2 weeks to sort out any issues and make changes.

These aren’t even close to being the majority of the player base. There are opinions all over the world and believe it or not, they can differ from ours

Well thats why most champions have a lot of skins, to each their own

You dont have to get every new skin that comes out you know

Best is, they argue at Blitz´s case that ist about "readability" n "clarity" that he still got that Animation. tbh it breaks the entire fucking Skin. If the dumb shitters dont look in loading Screen who the enemy got, they deserve to be fucked and die. Not a reason to ruin 2 otherwise GREAT Skins like this,
