I was watching the ward video when I thought "Who's familiar is this?" It's very clearly not any familiar we know so far.
Lux is lacking a familiar and the colour scheme surely matches.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing. They kind of went nuts with the familiars and left Lux and Poppy looking awkward. Meanwhile Syndra has THREE.

I actually asked a rioter on the team about this that I know personally, and I'd advise just waiting until this years Star Guardian lore! My theory is she's our Star Guardian Kyubey, because she doesn't belong to anyone as far as we can see.
