No relation to the Vastaya at all? I was kinda hoping that she was a Vastayan that eventually came in contact with celestial magicks.

Vastaya are very much Runeterran as far as I'm aware, and Soraka has never been that.

I do have reasons for wording the response in such a way, which basically amounts to wanting to assure folks that certain things are the same while also actually answering the question as best I can, but y'know how it goes on things that can and can't be said. Apologies if I'm being a bit too iffy about things; still trying to find my footing. I'll be a bit more clear cutt in the future.

Soraka would be most comparable to Aurelion Sol or Bard. She is a cosmic entity who gave up her immortality to help mankind.

Soraka was a godess but decended to the mortal world because she tried saving.. warwick? i think? that used to her lore atleast all i know for sure is that she used to be a celestial beeing but felt too distant to actualy help the people of runetera so she decended and took her cool starpowers with her.
