couldn't find this picture anywhere else and i thought it was cool was hidden in the html code on riot website http://www.riotgames.com/sites/all/themes/riot/media/images/mordikai.jpg

It's his Chinese splash, in case you aren't aware. :P
Since he's not getting updated any time soon, I can't think of anything significant this might be pointing at.
This splash was used as his default splash for a short time back in 2012, so that could be it, and it has just remained in the code since.
That's his old splash, but not the oldest splash
