All Fine And Great Riot But What About Mount Targon in 2019?

Look i like what you guys Doing so far for 2019 (Can't wait for Kayle and Morgana rework) But i ONLY play This game Because of Diana and i want to see Some Progression For the Champion That i play this Game and also Mount targon Since its my Favourite For Obvious Reasons Are you guys Planning anything for that?

Personally For Diana in 2019 i would love to see stuff like

1. LEGENDARY or ULTIMATE Skin
2. New or Updated Abilities
3. MASSIVE VISUAL IN GAME Rework
4. Diana VS Leona Event (Hopefully it will happen if ever)
5. New Voice Lines and Tuants With Leona And Other Champions
6. Her FULL Story Coming to life Though Comics like Ashe
7. And Finally And MOST WANTED of all see her in a Cinematic

I just want to know if this Year will include anything about her or Mount targon Diana seems so frozen in time along with mount targon and other targonian champions except Leona And i don't understand Why?

She's an Amazing Champion with so Much Potential

Just Because she is not Played Pro and doesn't have the popularity of Yasuo doesn't mean she has to be Neglected and ignored for Soooo Long

*And Please Don;t tell me about the Updated Q I know about that and that's just a splash in the water of what can happen with the champion
