Anyone knows where i can request a skin Art to be made ( if possible ) I know there are a ton of artists on Devianart but how do i request a skin art ?

I would think it's just find whatever person you think is best suited to drawing it and ask Note that a lot of people have commissions, which either means you have a guaranteed way to ask (if you want to spend money) or will be denied outright.
Past that, most people seem pretty friendly, I think
