Riot refuses to refund the horrible updated Fiora skins

Holy cow I didn't even notice how awful the new fiora's in game model is..I knew the splash was worse but DAAAMN. They need to fire whoever did this. They turned a young duelist searching for a worthy opponent into an old hag that things everyone is a bad grandchild and needs a beating.

Just saying, that policy has been around for a LONG time and the reason they implemented it in the first place was because too many people abused the refund feature with Support because they had no intention of keeping the champion in the first place. Old news.

I personally think the majority of the skins they updates are a huge improvement upon the old ones. In both quality and the amount of details added to it.

Hehehe, I tried refunding my Grim Reaper Karthus after he came out. Got the same ticket. BOY HOWDY did I wish with all my heart that I looked into his rework more thoroughly (primarily the fact that it all looked awful).

If I requested a ticket a week before he came out.. maybe I wouldn't be stuck with his Grim Reaper skin (Which barely resembles a reaper IMO).

I don't know whats going on with this, but I can't help shake the feeling there's something Tumblr related going on here.

yeaaa...they really need to fix the in game models because the first picture, she looks like she had a Joan Rivers-inspired facial reconstruction. In the second picture, it looks like she's bloated really bad. Like, the one on the right is pre-workout/diet/fitness plan and the one on the left is the results of 6 months of grueling fitness.
