What champion would you like to see reworked next?
With everyone talking about the new Urgot rework and talking about Swain possibly being the next I would like to know who you want to be next (you can say as much champs as you want if you want ). I would like to know why you want them reworked next and a idea for one or more of they're ultimate abilities.

is one that I want to see next because he not only has really outdated visuals and doesn't look like the aspect of war that he should be and isn't exactly a fun champion to play against.
For a idea I think I have a alright idea for a ultimate. Pantheon throws a spear in a long range skill shot if it hits a champion he can activate his ult again to jump into the air and follow the enemy in a small circle (About as big as Galios smaller part of his ult) for either 2-5 seconds depending on if you hit the after those seconds pantheon will fall on to the circle area dealing AD damage and slowing whoever is in the circle. If it kills the target he will gain a large burst of movement speed.
Is another champion I want to see because he isn't that viable with no hard cc or a better way to gank compared to other junglers and his visuals aren't the best. And also he was the champion that got me out of bronze and I would love to play him again in a more viable and fun design of the character.
I think I got a unique idea for his ultimate that can also help with engaging a fight. Volibear surges with electricity gets damage reduction and charges in a direction (controllable like sion but not as long of a range or as controllable) leaving a trail of electricity that slows and puts a dot on enemies as long as they stand in the electricity that slowly decays. If Volibear hits a champion he grabs them and deals the dot as well as take them with him for the duration of the abilities range and will stun them if volibear hits a wall.
's VGU the most -- I think she has a lot of untapped potential as a heavenly battle angel. Overall though 
's VGU is what keeps me excited for the future (totally not biased there).
because he is in my opinion,the most outdated and boring champ of the entire game
because we'll likely not see a noxus update until he gets his VGU

i just feel that there is a lot of gameplay potential here and much more lore wise. right now they feel like B rate horror villains. A clown that poofs around and has deadly clown boxes. A scarecrow that throws birds at you and is "spooky". and a deviantart oc that pops out of the fog of war and goes "boo". Not hating on them. i actually love them. they just feel so out dated... be nice to dust them off.
His model is the worst in the game, by far. He looks like a comic character and just doesn't fit in the game with the other champions. On top of that, his kit is extremely outdated. He just has a single skillshot, the rest of his kit are passive effects he can trigger on demand. And he gets punished by grevious wounds way too hard.
Again, old model. I would like them to make him look like on his splash or give him a complete new look. Maybe a spiked ball on a longer tail? And I would like them to embrace his AD tank fantasy. Give him the newly introduced AD shield, just like Galio got a magic shield.
In my opinion, that champ has the biggest disconnect between in game kit and lore. In the lore he is a mad scientist, experimenting with people. Creating Warwick and we can't imagine what else. In the game he is that meme guy running around spreading poison and flinging people around. And he has a shield.... why does he use a shield as his weapon? It just doesn't make sense for me. And the whole alchemy theme is badly represented with him. I hope he will get a complete new kit in the future.
<C'MON RITO! I might be a bit biased, being a former Malphite main, but his kit is extremely simple, and he is in dire need of a visual update. There is so much unused potential in his kit and design. Unfortunately, he is in a pretty good spot right now (with occasional buffs here and there) so he probably won't be reworked any time soon. I just think the tank update would be the best place to fix this guy. Guess not.
. He could really benefit as this mad doctor champ running around and "curing" them.

I. Fucking. HATE. THIS. GUY! Nothing get's my blood boiling when I see this guy in a game. You either win against him by playing Teemo or just any other champ, or lose because passive crit chance and RNG! Not to mention that he's nothing more than a split push bot and you more than likely need someone to keep top to prevent him from pushing from your first tower to your inhib tower. He only has one other damage ability which is also his moble spell and makes it annoying to play against since he'll just be running away with it half of the god damn time, a clunky W that either slows or it doesn't, a passive on Q that everyone to not even notice, and a complete bullshit ult. I'm sorry but this ult completely ruins the game for me. You pop it and either, A: do enough damage to kill them and run away, or B: don't do enough damage and run away anyways, and getting away with what should be easy kills but just says fuck you I'm breaking the game. FUCK THIS GUY!

Personal favorite for rework since I just don't feel she's that great right now when you can pretty much pick anyone else to do what she can't or can but better. Really just want her to have some form CC in kit, an actual passive, be taken top again and not have to farm to 6 for sub-decent ganks.
