There's something about Vaynes art that just always looks odd to me in the loading screen. It's like it's almost out of focus compared to other champion portraits.

In the meantime, your complaint ignores that her neck doesn't seem to connect to her shoulders (you cannot achieve a full frontal view of a person's neck when they're turning like that), her head is unnaturally small (it's actually smaller than her modest breasts), her right buttcheek is completely missing and her right leg is vaguely flopping along with her body instead of being connected to it.
You are so busy complaining about her face that you fail to notice how her body is a mess of disconnected body parts flopping together in the breeze, so of course nobody is taking your complaint seriously.

It she was intended to look like that from the start, from her release. But being changed from one person into another person is dumb.
