A question to the lore team about Fiora and her ult
Does the healing aspect of Her new ult translate into the Lore?

I assume it's a gameplay representation of the idea that Fiora is winning the duel so to speak. The heal and the aoe effect in game is just a fancy showing of what would be revelry in Fiora's victory, overblown for the sake of gameplay.
That's my take at least.
She is actually a vampire and drains life of her opponents with her sword.
