Look at this http://team-dignitas.net/uploads/article_images/Xin-Zhao_splash-1024x604.jpg That is SO outdated. He has literally had the same splash art since his release back in S2 (S1 maybe? I don't really know when he was released).
Warwick and Irelia would like new ones too by the way.
He does indeed need a new splash. As do 
I know what a lot of people will say, but all in all every single one of these splash arts has something about them that could be improved to bring them in line with the current style of League art. For some it's more obvious than others and some I probably have personal bias about in one way or another, but either way I feel like no matter what we're gonna get more updated splash art and for champs we didn't think were ever gonna get them or ever needed them.
I replaced Xin's original NA artwork with his Chinese artwork. He looks more awesome in the Chinese art.
He and a lot of others need a new splash and VU.
But it all takes a LOT of time and money.
If he appears in the game LPL LCK... it should be quickly updated! :DDD
