Look at this http://team-dignitas.net/uploads/article_images/Xin-Zhao_splash-1024x604.jpg That is SO outdated. He has literally had the same splash art since his release back in S2 (S1 maybe? I don't really know when he was released).
Warwick and Irelia would like new ones too by the way.
Sharjo3 votesHe does indeed need a new splash. As do
I know what a lot of people will say, but all in all every single one of these splash arts has something about them that could be improved to bring them in line with the current style of League art. For some it's more obvious than others and some I probably have personal bias about in one way or another, but either way I feel like no matter what we're gonna get more updated splash art and for champs we didn't think were ever gonna get them or ever needed them.
Lowvyr1 votesI really didn't think Rengar needed one. He was perfectly fine. I honestly preferred his old one.
Sharjo1 votesI feel ya, I do think his pose was a little awkward in his old splash though. It just seemed...off somehow.
Lowvyr1 votesI know what you're saying. He feels even more awkward in his current one to me, though. It looks like he's falling into an abyss and is reaching out his hand for you to grab and pull him up. At least, that's how I see it.
aaronautumn1 voteswhat's wrong with malz's? he got an updated splash not that long ago (maybe 1 or 2 seasons ago? time's a blur for me) and it looks good.
Lowvyr1 votesI think it just looks a little outdated.
Sharjo1 votesAs I said, Malz's splash doesn't really fit as well with League's current style. I mean I agree, I think it's great, but the background is exceptionally blurry and the Voidling there is very undefined, way more like a blob than it should be.
Maple Crusader1 votesI replaced Xin's original NA artwork with his Chinese artwork. He looks more awesome in the Chinese art.
Lowvyr1 votesNever seen it. I have to go check now just in case.
JohnnyNoxid1 votesHe and a lot of others need a new splash and VU.
But it all takes a LOT of time and money.
inmUGco1 votesIf he appears in the game LPL LCK... it should be quickly updated! :DDD
