I picked her last night, and found out I have this skin. I don't recall ever buying it, I know I didn't unbox it and I don't think it's even available in the store. Is it like, a reward or something?

you probably got it from a mystery gift at some point or rerolled it in hex-tech and probably forgot. I find skins like that all the time XD

It could be from where rito rewarded nontoxic players with skins. I forgot I had Count Vlad for a few months.
