the "maledom" champ

edit: more detail in posts below if you dont quite buy it [T]/

ive seen alot of this floating around be it complaints about eve and making comparisons or an actually genuine desire for a male champion of similar taste. i remember watching a video not long ago about designs some rioters wish they could find a way to implement into the game, one of which was a scythe wielding champion, and we recently got kayn (whos honestly annoying as hell but a pretty interesting design to be fair).

getting to the point, one of the things on that list was an inquisitor type champion. this could fit in very well if he was made some kind of demacian bishop who just happened to be a dirty underhanded P.O.S that enjoyed the process that went along with actual inquisitions (brutal f'ed up torture). since hes a d'bag alot of his lines could be really suggestive and even share a connection with eve herself in some way. say she tried her tricks on him for whatever reason (hired by some1 that knew he was dirty or just ran into him somehow) but it didnt actually work because of the strong anti-magic demacia is known for, or simply caught him in the act and liked what she saw.

i could go on about this for days but i thought id just share a bit of it here since its on the current topic and ive had tons of story/character ideas since i saw that video about what the designers need an excuse to create ;p.

Honestly, I like your idea, but I don't think the concept of an inquisitor is sexually charged enough to warrant Evelynn levels of lewdness. Compare that to an actual succubus and you'll see the difference.

Obviously, the vampire is the staple of female maledom fantasy from Dracula to 50 Shades (which started as a Twilight fanfic) but the Vlad VGU is in the far, far future.

If we go with a male equivalent to Evelynn, he would have to be either a hedonist or a demon himself since members of holy orders in fantasy, while questionable in methodology, never REALLY seem to be forward about their corruption and more-so try to hide it under a 'moral high-ground' mentality of "Well, you're bad, so that makes me okay."

So do people want an incubus, or a vampire? I don't think there are many humanoid maledom archetypes compared to females. In fact, I've see more monster based ones like Dragons and animal men.

I think this works better for a noxian champion then demacian. Not to mention demacia already has a antimage tank in galio. I really don't want two of that niche in one faction

.....Dirty jokes aside, I really like your idea. Now the issue is wether he should be a young and handsome Inquisitor, looking kinda like Kayn or Rakan, or if he should be mature and aggressively masculine, like Swain or Darius.

Personally I would go with the latter. Swain is popular among the female fanbase, or at least, that's the impression I got.

Visually, I would go with something like the Silencer from DotA2:

Oh those cold icy eyes, that manly gaze!

....On a broader note, designing a character that girls will find attractive is sometimes more complex than designing a character boys will find attractive. Even in the male cast so far, characters like Graves or Braum are presented more to be attractive to boys - gay boys, specifically.

Maybe younger girls may prefer types like Kayn and older girls may prefer types like Swain. Swain isn't handsome, but he has a confident and powerful personality, and girls like that a lot.

Someone here proposed a human Thresh. He wouldn't even need a new voice acting, just an attractive human body. I find that an excellent idea.

A Vladimir visual update may make him, in some ways, a male equivalent to Evelynn. I dunno about his English voice, but in the Italian dubs, he has almost as many sexual innuendos as Evelynn. It would be cool if Riot had the guts to visual update Vladimir into an attractive boy scantly clad in bloodclothes. NEVER gonna happen.

As for me, the only character in this game that I find sexy........ is Sion. It probably is due to his Italian voice acting, that somehow managed to turn lines like "your life is mine" and "bleed for me" into something oddly sexual. Kudos to the Italian voiceactor!

All this being said, I don't really want sexy characters. I want characters that are interesting, well designed, clever and creative. If sexuality ends to be parte of that creativity and cleverness, so be it. I just don't like cheap cliches. I would hate a character who is just the most plain, generic, void prettyboy, and whose entire identity relies on showing how hot he is. Real hot guys do not need to constantly show how hot they are (did you hear, Evelynn? You try way too hard!).

Can we have a maledom champ that actually looks masculine though? You know, tan-dark skin, short hair, muscular instead of pale, long haired, and lanky. Think farm hand, blue collar. Really dislike the idea of Vlad being the champ they turn into a hyper sexual man.
