Now that I think about it,what if this is actually another angel?
Sure Kayle and Morgana likely won't get their VGU this year,but that doesn't mean that they haven't decided on the general direction for them(or angels in general) already.
Are we sure this is a champion and not an Anivia skin/Rework?
Since the right side is so much more ragged than the left, I think this might be the "Pheonix & Harpy" dual release that was leaked a while back.
Quinn does not have a single ultimate/legendary skin or even a 1350rp + higher skin. The community wanted at least 1 good quinn skin and heartseeker is just a valentines day 950rp skin. If that turns out to be quinn, I wouldn't be surprised. She deserves it!
I dont think it's a Quinn skin since she already has a Phoenix themed skin
