A Superb Villain4 votesI do not think they are related by blood. While there are obvious thematic similarities between them, a family member that also happens to be a deranged murderer seems like a very significant detail that would not be omitted in Fiora's lore. That is huge, and to not have it given a slight nod, or even the faintest hint, would be a terrible oversight.
In my opinion, Jhin, as I presume that is his alias or name, is definitely Demacian, quite possibly a member of the aristocracy. His sensibilities and aesthetics resonate quite plainly with what we have seen thus far.

But Demacia makes sense considering how they are obsessed with order. Though I'm willing to bet that we won't be told where he is from.

Neamean1 votesAt first I was against this idea because a Demacian with a gun just screams no to me but if he was deem weak and then later resort to tech to compensate for his weakness that could be pretty cool. He would also be like Fiora in that they would be both fighting the norm.

you OBVIOUSLY never seen the velkoz and lucian leaks that were leaked weeks before there actual reveal.

So whenever there are some real leaks about the new champion Riot tries their best to remove them,but since this thread is still open,there is a good chance that this splash art is a well made fake.

Also didn't they announce that the new champ select would start on the 13th january?That would mean the next patch would be released on tuesday or wednesday and jhin would most likely be revealed a day before the patch(meaning either today or tomorrow)

Oh so the new champ select is coming sooner than I thought, awesome. Well then, we shall see by the 13th if this image was true or false.
GreenLore1 votesWell from what I've read the new champ select won't go live on every server at once(but i think NA servers is one of the first to get it) I think the actual champion reveal will be on the 12th already. The champions are usually revealed shortly before they get to the pbe servers and they are usually put on the pbe at the beginning of the new pbe-cycle,which starts a day before the live-patch.

Lao was saying that Riot's silence added nothing to the picture's authenticity, then ChristmasEvelynn attacked that comment by citing info (Velkoz and Lucian leaks) that basically supported Lao's original statement (the thread would've been closed if what you say is true about past leaks).

GreenLore1 votesOverall I'd say that he could also be piltovian. I mean he has a gun and a robotic looking arm,which would be rather unusualy for anyone who isn't from zaun,bandle or piltover. But he is obviously not a yordle and his overall style kinda clashes with zaun too much,so Piltover makes the most sense to me.

Would be freaking awesome if he was a Laurent.
