Azir and Sivir, whats the relationship?

Apart from distant relatives, what is the NEW relationship between these two? Would love to hear from Riot.

For starters, Azir is Sivir's only real remaining family, they are both of the same blood. Also, Azir did save her ass, so she owes him BIG TIME. Which leads me to asking this; since sivir is this money hungry gold obsessed mercinary with no alligence to nothing, will Azir be her first?

I mean, he glorious, they are related, the dude lifted a hand and raised a city, and of course, HE SAVED HER ASS. Or is she trying to swindle cheat him (i dont know how honorfull/honorless sivir is, im going to guess she has no honor).

Also, what does Azir expect from her? Want from her? need from her? How does Azir plan on spreading Shurima, he raised a city, but its technically empty, he cant raise the dead, only images.

Or can he actually raise them back from the dead with blood magic the same way he was revived? Could he gather the remaining True Shurimans and with a bit of their blood bring back some of his people? Cuz right now hes standing on an empty city.

Rito please spill da beans.

You can always go to ask Azir in the RP forums.

She saved him just as much as he saved her really. Azir also needs Sivir to be his link to the present day world. But as said in the epilogue, once she got over the shock of it all she went back to looking at it through mercenary eyes. Sure Shurima has a rich past and culture, but it's not like that has done anything for Sivir - she has no ties to it. I'm more interested in what's happening to Nasus - is he still Sivir's friend, did he still medidate in the Shurima desert, what has he been doing all of these years?

I dont think Azir could bring back anyone else - he was able to come back because he never technically died, he was just disincorporated. As with how he intends to bring Shurima back - do you think he might attempt to marry Sivir? and he cant be too happy with whats become of his descendants.

Imho, I feel like it's more of a pride thing for Azir to convince Sivir join his cause. She's actually his grand-grand-grand-grand-grand-grand Daughter; it's normal for nobility to share the same aspiration of their offsprings. Azir is an emperor, more, he is Shurima's Greates Emperor (So Nasus said); wouldn't it be terrible for him to know the descendant of a noble lineage prefers the life of mercenary? What's more important; Shurima rose from the desert anew, does that mean Azir is going to rule over this new Empire? I rather think not, i prefer the idea he wants to recreat the Empire, but due to his being an Ascended now it might mean he sees Sivir as the new beginning of Shurima's legacy. What if you were the greatest ruler in the world, went to sleep for thousands of years and then discover your descendants are not so noble anymore? Wouldn't that be enough to tickle your pride and try to restore the former glory of your own bloodline?
