Did Evelynn Name Herself?

So from the recent Swain AMA we have this quote "If demons have a name, a true name, it's part of their own power. That doesn't mean people can't have their own names that they give them. So perhaps Swain calls it Beatrice. ;) Does that mean Beatrice is its name? Is Tahm Kench a true name?”

Which makes me wonder, is Evelynn her true name? Did she name herself? Is she a kind of myth or legend in some aspects and people will speak of "Evelynn" having named her that themselves (despite her being real).

We know Tahm Kench is originally the name of the man that our Tahm Kench encountered in his story and that he took the name and at the very least we know he used that in the Bilgewater area. So perhaps Evelynn did something similar?
