Singed skin reworks

Singed is a champion with a fair amount of skins, but only 2 out the 8 skins have new particle effects. Every champion has at least one unique thing, for example, gragas cask, or fizz shark, and maokai sapling. Singed on the other hand only has snow day and riot singed, riot singed is limited edition and snow day is legacy. I think that singed should have a different color of his trademark poison because every champion has something different about their trademark weapon in a skin. For example, Black Scourge Singed should have a dark poison, Surfer Singed should have a blue poison, and SSW Singed should have a white poison. Its just stupid how skins that are 975 rp on singed have no particles, voice overs. or new recalls, but xerath skins that are 520 rp have new particles on EVERY ability.

Singed unfortunately won't get new particles until a full VGU. They call that polishing of his model a "VU," but it didn't do anything but slap a new exterior on an old chair.

Hopefully they do change the colours of the poison on his different skins, for a VGU, they did put a lot of effort into tundra ww and even fifth age taric. I have high hopes for future reworks bringing out the hidden potential of some skins.

PS: zombie ryze should have at least gotten a diffent walk cycle, he seems too lively for a zombie, imo.
