Lost promos because of lobby glitch

I had won 1 game in promos and lost 1, I went into a lobby and it said the enemy was still picking until it hit 0, keep in mind I had no "lock in" button, the enemy xayah doesnt lock in and dodges. After that I go into my profile BAM 80lp lost promos xd. Riot fix your fucking shit

Same thing happened to me. The enemy ban timer went to 0 and then I got kicked out. Then it said that I dodged the game and I lost one of my game for the promo
