who's left for splash art updates and TUs?

Texture Rebalances that haven't happened yet that I can remember off the top of my head:

Kha'zix is a rather new champ,while it has happened that a 6300-champ got a VU or TU(Sejuani and I think Viktor was still 6300 when he got his TU)it is rather rare and kha is still quite new compared to those 2.

A splash update is possible though(although I think kha's splash looks cool).

As for who is left for TUs: Well next one is kassadin and ryze gets a full vu.

Kha is too new. He can't even fit in the metaphorical kitchen, let alone the backburner.

For splashes I'd say some if not all of these should have some kind of update... as I feel when comparing them to some of the recently updated splashes these are a bit lacking or very dated.

(questionably) (needs a redesign really badly, probably no point in making a new splash) (I would prefer an action pose) could all use it the most, in my opinion.

Xin Zhao already got a really good texture update awhile back. But his splash art is still bland and drawn with crayon. Could really use an update.
