That bullet/missile in the center is coming directly from Ashe. Why?
Who is that champion on the left? It can't be Aatrox, since the head is too different and there is no sword, and it can't be Shyvanna because she doesn't have wings.

Also I thought that was Aatrox, just because his head is consistently drawn in different ways on his skins (Slaughter Fleet Trox has a head kinda like that?), but like Ebonmaw said, Shyvana mid-transform is also a good contender.
