A good solution for the Lore afecting gameplay and the ever expanding lore roster.

Now riot mentioned that they want to expand the universe and there was a good point made by tb skyen that many of the lore points of the game doesnt add up in the gameplay,like varus still is the same champion even tho he has a different personality. And there was another problem that riot medler mentioned about the ever expanding roster of League of legends. For example garen will have to face the truth at some point that hes sister has magic and he will have to decide what he is,is he a warrior blinded by justice,or he will do the right thing?Will he ever become vengeful and bloodthirsty?

Variations would be a clear solution,let me explain. Riot will eventualy have to stop bringing new champions to the table,it is clear that they cant release champions till the end of this game and variations of champions would be a great solution. Lets take garen again,now we have our normal beloved garen that somehow uses magic.Now after facing hes sister and killing her because he has problems with magic would drive him insane and we could get a different variation of gameplay that removes hes ultimate and hes more of an agresive fighter now rather than defeces(hes kit does involve mostly in ofensiveness but there is w) removing hes ult and granting him another one witch he would impale someone with hes own sword and hes w would give passive ofence and blood when activated.Maybe hes villain system would be dumped for another gimmick.maybe instead of getting true dmg agaist that target he would give a courage buff to hes teamates. All of those variations would be visual and have visual differences also for example he would have a blood red and petricite white color combination for the blood thirsty justice warrior. Or a more high above armor with golds and shoulders that would indicate he is not just a solider anymore,or my favorite,what if garen was instead noxian?what if he had noxian armory?

The way i see garen now is by lux's side and accepted magic and fighting the system to not antagonize magic,rather than embrace the light magic "what we do is right". Look at gankplank..hes new enhanced body parts would give him different buffs,replace hes barrels and ultimate since hes no longer part of a crew right now(i might be wrong)You would give him a block or a grab for hes e and hes ultimate would enhance the performance of hes mechanical bodyparts granting him active buffs like running faster and hiting harder.

you might dissagree with me on these examples but the idea is having little differences in the gameplay based on the what variation would you play,you could make as much variations as you want bringing new features and not expanding the rooster so much you would say oh this garen is just like the normal one but this hits harder but hes weaker in defences.

I think this idea is worth talking about

PS...Iif isnt clear enough from the line the ever expanding roster,ofc it isnt a problem right now but it will be in the future.
