Is Ezreal's amulet meant to be the Philosopher's Stone?

He found this stone thing in Shurima, which is arguably Greek in Runeterra.

Now let's compare his lore, this stone made Ezreal easily able to use all this magic.

The Philosopher's Stone does pretty much the same thing for it's user. To note: Ezreal use to be able to heal teammates.

What do you guys think?

I don't know if it's the Philo stone per say since it doesn't give him passive gold gen (hue).

Also, Shurima is more Egyptian than Greek.
