Question about teasers for updated champs

As you all can see. Updated champs got its teasers in varied formats.

Taric - Downfall video and Comic Poppy - Comic Yorick - teaser pic Galio - teaser pic not count a showcase video. Warwick might be the only updated champ who got the most grand teasers with Engineering the Nightmare and AAA CGI trailer.

What is the factors you decide which champ deserve which teaser?

I think it don't depends on the champion itself, it based on how good you can make a teaser. The first Xayah Rakan teaser was an image with a golden ball and something inside with 2 wings. Now we all now that there are 2, but nodody knows it at the moment. So everyone was very hyped and Kayn got no big teaser. So I think Urgot gets an comic and a teaser video, but no big cinematic or just a picture
