Place your bets - Shonen skin teaser, new Champion teaser, or Lux comic teaser?

Before tomorrow happens and the official details are revealed, I wanted to see what everybody thought of at first as soon as they saw this teaser.

I think the biggest guesses for this teaser are: Something for the upcoming new Shonen anime-inspired skinline, something for the upcoming enchanter support Champion, or something for the upcoming Lux comic.

At first my guess was a shonen skinline teaser, because of how it doesn't look like something relating to Runeterran lore, however after I saw someone point out that the emblem was actually seen before in a Demacian illustration, I changed my mind to a teaser for the Lux comic, as it would make sense given the quote. However, I'm still remaining skeptical. Lux is not the only source of light, and it could just be coincidence that the emblem happens to look like another.

But who knows? What do you all think?

EDIT: Today has arrived, and we have received information of... Lux's new comic! So I think it's pretty safe to assume that the teaser was meant for that.
