Just was curious if you guys are still taking feedback into account, and if you were willing to change your stance based on community interactions.

How do you guys internally process constructive criticism on the new lore direction?

Put simply, yes they are on ignore mode. They said somthing about liking shock reveals, downside is that for it to be a shock they cant take community feedback.
