Like its so weird... dont even think it should be released imo it kinda voids who he is and i understand riot loves exploring out of style skins for champs but.. damn you guys went hard on that one
The irony is that his character wants to recover his wife, which is is Thresh's lantern. One of his animations is him sitting at a table for two alone. I see the skin as kind of a heartbroken version where he wishes she was there with him.
Implying that skins have to do anything with lore
i look at skins like Alternate reality versions of the champions.
Skins are not canon.
Skins can show an alternate version of champ, I see no problem with Lucian or Quinn getting these skins and actually welcome skins that are so different from their base skin and identity
