Can Bard deny Kindred a soul?

Since Bard likes to maintain universal balance and that may include saving people, in such situations, would Kindred try to fight bard, or would they step aside and consider it "Not their time", a.k.a does Bards decision making take precedence over Kindreds role (And is recognized by Kindred)?

It's pretty much a question of their relationship.

If a person is about to die, but their fate as a person is tied to universal balance, Bard's decision to save them will take precedence over Kindred's duty. Kindred understands their role as the one who upholds the natural cycle of life and death, but they also understand as well that without balance in the universe, there would be no natural cycle for them to uphold. Wolf may make a threat towards Bard (because that's just how he is - emotional half of Kindred, violent death), but he can't act upon it.

it would be cool if they had a little event for these two, kinda like Rengar/Kha, and Ashe/Sej/Liss.

Bard is a universally powered being charged with keeping order to allow creation to continue. Kindred is some crappy wanna be death. I'd think Bard would if something significant in creation was at risk could stop kindred from taking someone until that person's task would be complete.

Death is a force of nature, Bard wouldn't interfere in that.

Bard operates (or at least "thinks") on a universal scale, one can infer that Kindred does as well. They care little about individuals (or at least their lives, Kindred seemed to enjoy human culture and beauty a bit).

Kindred is pretty tippity top tier if Spirits were graded. I like to think that they are probably the most powerful entity seen thus far in Runeterra. Considering this, I don't think Bard can make a change once a person is doomed to die, I think he can however play with events in a way that death for this person would be avoided until the right time. In which case he beats Kindred, simply by avoiding a confrontation.

I normally don't ask this retarded question but really, Am I the only one who thinks Kindred is overrated lore-wise? Yeah, they harvest the souls, but it's when their time came. They don't kill everyone who they want. Even when they wanted, there are times that they couldn't. Look at Shadow Isles, their the biggest failure. isn't it really shame for the most powerful entity of LoL? They can be strong and immortal, but they don't have overwhelming power for some champions like Bard, Xerath, Karthus, Kalista, Anivia if you ask me.

Did you see Bard's video? He doesn't care who dies, he just wants to loot their still warm bodies save artifacts and junk.
