we have Fiora who says '' En guard! '' when she uses riposte yes she says it in french lang , and also talks with french accent

we also have Caitlyn and her british accent

Also Viktor

so i thought it would be cool to have this kind of diversity.

It might be neat, but it actually doesn't fit into the game well because it's a different world where those languages don't exist. A lot of things that were put into the game in the beginning just don't meet the standards now so won't fly; if it doesn't fit reasonably into the lore somehow, they can't do it.

so what you really want is a Hispanic server.

I think the big problem is to find voice actors for every language that can handle a good spanish accent, sure some spanish accent would be nice, but it should fit overall in the design and the lore of a champ. I think giving a champ a spanish legendary would be a better idea than a complete "spanish" champ

This isn't Overwatch. Places like Britain Spain and France don't really exist. As Riot are more and more determined to make their own world, these reference accents are less common. Caitlyn, fiora, gragas and Viktor are all older champions. If you want an example of a voice retcon, look at Sion. Only example off the top of my head I can think of that is recent is kled with the southern accent, and maybe illaoi.
