Twitch's backstory is that he is just a regular rat that got mutated right? So is he the only mutated rat in Zaun? I just find it funny that he's LITERALLY just a normal rat that got pumped with enough chemical stink that he stood up and started being a little gremlin. And also brings up the question if Zaun has a whole subspecies of Radiation laden animals that can walk and talk.

since all objects, living beings, places, minerals ... have a soul in the spiritual realm, it is normal that inanimate things in the material world (galio, zac, blitzcrank ...) can evolve easily into thinking beings ( with magic, technology, chemistry ...) because they already have a soul. twitch is a little different, because a rat is a living being, but he was also made more intelligent thanks to chemistry. What I mean is that the evolution in runeterra is different from the evolution in our world, because of the magic, the spiritual world ... so i think twitch is a bit of a magical creature

Urgot is a "self-made man". Darius as far as I know doesn't have connections to magic himself. In my opinion a lot of champions have some form of magic. If were talking backstories then some definetly are not magical.

i got this theory were he was a failed test subject of singed before warwick came a long. Imagine
WW is a product of a Vastaya blood and a Human while Twitch is a product of a Vastaya blood and an animal... which is not yet added to the League universe. However, it did not mutated twitch immediately so singed threw twitch in the sewers and that's where his story starts from now.
