I think it was just a random concept art.

Seems to me like an old Mord concept art. Ghostly....mace...armor...yeah...Mord.
It was just something drawn at a convention, to give people an idea of how denizens of the Isles may look like. It's not Kalista, nor any champ, as far as I know.
This was one of many example of what people would expect from the shadow Isles at a Con in Italy. This happened around the time Kalista was being teased and we thought that was her. Random Concept
I'd guess it is a really, really old Mordekaiser concept piece, OR a very early conceptualization of a possible Morde VU.
