I love Galio's story the way it is. I hope they don't make any huge changes to it, aside from adding a lot of detail to it.
I don't share the opinion simply because there are ways of showing that a great colossal being can be overpowered, and the stronger it is the more it might affect him that he couldn't save Durand despite his incredible physical and magical might.
Galio's Q will bounce between targets and his ultimate will not only stun the enemies, but also teleport them as well.
He's going to be as unplayed as reworked Sion & Yorick. Just don't get your hopes high up.
