Riot shouldn't go out of their way to make Announcer Packs/Map Skins. (Hear me out here)

Riot should continue making Announcer Packs and Map Skins for Lore & Seasonal Events. Ideally, eventually we would have Map Skins for most of the Regions, and an Announcer Pack per region per event (i.e. Bilgewater, Event 1 - GP, Event 2 - Pyke). From there, Riot can bring back the Map Skins every time a champion from that region is released, or they can mix & match maps and do vs. events (i.e. Piltover vs. Zaun).

After events, as was the case with the GP Announcer Pack, it seems the Announcer Packs get retired. At this point, Riot may as well just sell them.

I really don't Riot to go out of their way to make an Announcer Pack for every champion in the game. However, if after several seasons Riot has done enough events to have an Announcer Pack for most of the champions in the game, I'd probably feel inclined to purchase a few for my favourite champions or from my favourite events.
