Anyone else notice that Kalista's lore is kind of... twisted?

Her lore is basically 'Commit suicide then I'll kill that jerk for you. You're dead and your soul belongs to me for eternity, but you got your revenge. Worth, right?'

It just seems demented, especially for a game aimed at adolescents.

It's the Shadow Isles. Everyone is terrible.

Except Yorick. Poor Yorick.

Yorick item 3070

You aren't familiar with the shadow isles, are you?

Among other things a woman sold her soul to a giant spider and now uses her boobs to lure people into its web where it can feast upon their horny, horny innards. At least people get something out of kalista's bargain. Morde just straight up steals souls, same with thresh, and elise just cock teases and then feeds you to her giant spider god.

All that aside, this game has always had dark twists. Teemo is a sociopath, says so right in his lore, lol.

you don't need to commit suicide.....she'll also accept your soul if you are on the verge of death anyway :)

Overall it is pretty dark, but some people would sell their soul for revenge, especially if they are about to die anyway or know they don't have the means to take revenge on their own.

That 'sanctity of life' crap is overrated anyways.

At least you get something out of it, unlike all those other soul-stealers from the Shadow Isles.

#worth?

Really depends on who you are, who they are, and what they did.

Sacrifice one soul to take out Hitler before he hit his enormous power-spike with Furor enchanted boots (I'm sorry, I couldn't resist)? I think that hundreds would have taken that bargain.
