I had an argument with a friend about whether ultimate skins, specifically Spirit Guard Udyr, are the best skins in the game. He said that legendary skins such as Dunkmaster Darius outclass it since they have different animations. My argument is Spirit Guard Udyr totally changes his identity, also has many animations and is the best skin in the game because of the massive change from classic. Who's side are you guys on?
Your poll is irrelevant. It all comes down to personal preferance. Some people find Blood Lord Vladimir for example, much better than Pulsefire Ezreal. Some find it reversed.
Ultimate skins are factually more complex and had hundreds of hours put into them. Legendary skins take less time, but it doesn't mean they are worse.
TL;DR Personal preference.
Skins are art and art is subjective, there isn't an agreed upon "best skin" just like there isn't a "best movie" or "best painting"
There's a huge quality difference between modern Legendaries (Dunkmaster Darius, Zombie Brand) and old Legendaries (Annie in Wonderland).
Ultimates are more consistent, considering there are...two of them. I still like Zombie Brand better than PFE, but I kinda hate Ezreal in general, so that's just personal. But regardless, I'll say no. My favorite skin is Urfrider Corki and that's 975.
