A simple Qiyana upgrade thats not design.

While there are many improvements that COULD be made to Qiyana theoretically , I think a simple one that would go a long way is a splash art change.

This splash art (if its final) conveys nothing about her other than vague smugness and effortless handling of her weapon. Its stiff, motionless despite her revealed very mobile and dynamic kit. The only thing I get from it is the idea she makes explosions, which she only does in one circumstance.

A splash art that conveys movement, conveys how mobile her ring is and how fluidly she seems to move WITH it instead of just throwing it, would be a huge improvement I think. It would make it about HER and her KIT instead of just showing off her wide hips.
