What skins have been announced or alluded to so far for this year. I know of Xayah, Rakan, Gragas, and the Lunar Revel ones.

Side question-- When do the Lunar Revel launch? Those puppy skin chroma are amazing.

Not as of yet on the new skins. The Lunar Revel skins should be available on the Chinese New Year.
