New Splash Art partially reflected on Champion Info page

If you navigate to game info (above) and then select "champions", you will notice the icons for champions are their updated icons. However, their background images and splash arts are the old images.

As this isn't a bug with LoL itself, I did not post this in the bug report forum (as per the guidelines there, the three things that should be posted are CLIENT, GAMEPLAY, and CRASH of which this isn't any of those).
