Gangplank won't come back. Well, he will, but in a different way. Imagine if Riot will change his base skin into a selectable skin named "Gangplank", while his new base skin will be named Gangplank Jr, his son! Yes, I do believe that Gangplank who died is the father of Pre-VU GP (he had a father, a famous pirate, didn't he?) who we will use from now on and maybe he will even receive his old voice (or get a new, younger one). I think it could be a good move for those who loved his old temper and he could even possibly cooperate with MF, because "Well, my father never loved me anyway and Bilgewater became a total mess". Of course the chances of this being true are lower than 0,0009%, but why not to share the thoughts? That would be the best thing ever, really. If this new GP was actually Vincent the Shadow while the old GP was his son. Highly doubt it, but again, would be awesome

Or they could just name his previous base skin "Traditional Gangplank" like they did with Trundle.

That way we still get good old Memeplank, but with the new and shiny kit.

well if we took that gp to the gym and gave him a longer beard and a new coat and gloves hed be captain gp just sayin
