Poolparty Miss Fortune splash adjust
I have seen a lot of complaints about the new splash art for pool party mf 
. So I decided to join the bandwagon, and added my own adjustments as well.
I also have a few complaints and critiques based on the criticism people have been posting. So if you want hear my thoughts, feel free to read ahead,

First off let me start by saying, I am a freelance artist, so I have a bit of background experience. I may not be as good as some of the artist that riot employees, but I hope this gives me enough credibility to voice my opinion on this matter.

I am actually a big fan of the original splash art, and think it was very well done. There are a horde of lil details the main artist made that no one seems to have caught, so I will explain my thoughts on his creative genius later on in this post.
Things that I adjusted

One of the main complaints I read, was that her face made her look old. Now being an artist that dabbles in realism myself, I can understand why some people might think that, but personally I didn't see it. The artist that created this made sure to add lots of details, and I think one of the reasons people make that criticism is because of the details on the lips. I think the artist did a fantastic job, but because I think people are used to main stream media , anime, and pop art, most do not realize that normal lips have these textured details It is obviously more refined with older people, so I only softened it a bit to give her back a bit of her young feeling, without taking away from the actual face structure, because I still feel like that is pretty accurate to how MF looks . I also adjusted the nose a bit, so it didn't make her eyes feel less important.

Feet - the next biggest problem was one I agreed with. The feet looked rushed and unfinished, but being a freelance artist I do understand how time constraints can take away from adding the finishing touches. However fixing her feet isn't as easy as some make think. Because of the curved perspective lines that were used , the feet will always looked out of proportion to me. So the only thing I could do was adjust the shading a bit so it flowed with the rest of the pic.

Lux's eyebrows - This was a big complaint for no reason I think. Again because of pop media and anime art, I feel like people forget that the pigment in your pubic hair, nose hair, eyelashes, and even eyebrows are way darker than your natural hair color. So I think the artist got this piece of info right with luxes eyebrow color. I adjusted it slightly anyway, just to give it a more natural flow to it

Mundos phone - This one wasn't a complaint, but something I noticed when editing it. There was a slight shadow on his phone that shouldn't be on the original splash if you consider the lighting source ( top-down, forward ). However, the shadow that mundos finger was casting was going the other direction. I slightly fixed this and altered the phones camera lines a bit to make it a bit more straight.

Blitz's Smoke - Someone brought up a pretty good point, that blitz's smoke was taking too much attention from Miss fortune, and that I agreed. But understanding why the artist might of done it, made it harder to edit. The smoke is naturally light, but if added to the already black background it becomes ready hard to see. So you have to adjust it so it becomes visible and same time, not dominant.

Skin tone - I recently saw a post that riot made a slight fix with her belly shadow, making it darker. I for one think that was a uneeded change. However a lot of people complained about her skin tone not matching with her character. But if you consider the lighting, condition, and tone of the image. I think her skin tone is very accurate, since she is sunbathing. I only made a slight altercation to it, to highlight her tones a bit more and with that, improving the shadow's contrast on the belly area.
Other feedback
Like I said, I really liked this art, and saw no real reason to edit it. I think the artist is a genius and has a lot of subtle details that peopled missed out on.

I liked the Fact that there are 5 champs that all MAIN a different lane, Lee - jungle lux - mid Blitz - support Mundo - top and ofc the Star of the Show, the Adc being miss fortune ( hence why everyone is taking pics of her like a celebrity )

her glasses also have a different image being casted on it, not her own reflection, but he made it blend so naturally that no one could even notice lol.

the fact that he actually added the reflection of her glasses in her eyes was also a very nice touch, his attention to detail is amazing, its why I think people are overly harsh on him
I also forgot to change the picture back to its original position when editing. So here you go incase you want to do a side by side comparision
