So the guy in the middle is Swain with his current Visuals. Doesn't this mean that this image should be updated considering the fact Swain will get massive visual changes?

No, This is just a version that designed for Sion relaunch. The upcoming VGU will be completely new.

That's like 3 years ago during Sion's update. Plus that's a promo, it will be so different by the time they get to Swain now.
