Bewitching Morgana in the background of the base skin. And I think thats Bewitching Janna based on her pumpkin cat's presence.

Kind of odd theyre skipping Harrowing skins in favor of another halloween one.

I don't like them. Don't get me wrong they are not bad skins (even tho I don't like the skinline) but the champions are rudiculously outdated and ruin the entire concept. Same happened with Dragon oracle Udyr, good skin ruined by the base animations. If you create skins for older champions at least spice up the animation or quotes a bit because, I don't know if it is just me but hearing these voice quotes on this Blitzcrank skin just ruins the entire mood the skin tries to set (not to talk about the T posing death animation) Just my opinion

Harrowing: more realistic dark skins that usually have a ghostly or Shadow Isley look to them.

Trick or Treat/Bewitching (Tales from the Rift): more classical monsters, halloweeny with purples greens and oranges, usually more comedic (Count Kledula etc.)
