@Riot, Who is on the Narrative Team, and Who is in Charge?

Unlike most other branches of Riot, the members of the narrative team seems to be a secret that LoL's community aren't allowed to know for some reason

This seems silly, as it conflicts with the design ideology that RIot has been touting for its few years of existence. (emphasis on high level of interaction with the fanbase for constructive criticism and community involvement)

So Riot, will you please tell us who's in charge of narrative, and who else is on the team? Or have the days when we could directly discuss these kinds of topics with the Rioters in charge of them become a thing of the past?
