So we know The Harrowing is a black mist from the Shadow Isles that carries monsters from there with it, and it's going to fuck up Bilgewater. What does this mean for the champions that are from Shadow Isles? Elise Evelynn Karthus Mordekaiser Kalista Hecarim Yorick

You're right, they should disable all shadow isle champs for the event from user picking, and make them epic mmo boss battles and force us on the the bilgewater map. If enough players die to them league is uninstalled do to no heroes being left to fight and are all enslaved to serve the Ruined King.

Of course immortals like Bard Morgana Kayle leave runeterra.

Well, those champions u named are the ones attacking Bilgewater. Its not just killer mist. Not sure what your question is exactly.
