With Alistar VU the PBE hopefully his lore would be updated too. So would his have any ties with Patheon, Leona, or Diana being that all of them live in the Great Barrier. Also his lore state that his service in the league has given a voice to bash about Noxus but now that the Institute of War is no more what else could his lore be. i think he should still have a connection with Xin Zhao being that they both were gladiator-prisoner of Noxus. Last but not least will he still searching for Ayelia a servant girl who he befriended.

Gladiator Minotaur being a part of mt targon makes too much sense

Well he has a large N branded in to his shoulder, so I'm pretty sure he's gonna retain that past as a prisoner of Noxus. As to the connection to Mount Targon: It'd make a lot of sense to do!

Yes, I really don't know why they didn't use this chance to connect him to Mt. Targon. His people could even be enslaved by the Rakkor and be basically the same thing as helots were in Sparta. When you force your whole people to be warriors, someone else will have to do the normal, non-violent work you need for basic survival. But then, the whole "kill half of your population" thing hardly makes sense (add to that any other source of mortality and infertility and the Rakkor would kill themselves in a blink of an eye), so maybe I'm asking for too much depth from Riot.
