I was playing Gangplank yesterday and he said on of his movement quotes.
"Tides of dead will herald my return!"
Curious, I looked up all his other quotes, and just about all of them reference some sort of revenge or return to Bilgewater. This one, however, reminded me a lot of the Harrowing (tides of dead, anyone?) I'd be willing to bet that GP will be a big part of whatever story crops up around the next Harrowing.

Shyvauni1 votesGangplank did not actually die. He was just severely injured and lost an arm. Read the prologue og the bilgewater event. He even told a doctor to hack ot off after being told nothing could be done to save it. Hence why he has that wooden arm and hand in his new defualt skin.

After all he also says that he is rather going to destroy bilgewater than letting it be ruled by someone else.
