Seriously Swain is now the leader of Noxus it is only fitting that his Rival becomes King of Demacia as well. Not only that but we could have a Noxus vs Demacia war event.
Also my 2 cents but i feel like Jarvan should have been a juggernaut as well because he just fits the profile.

He actually doesn't fit as a Juggie at all, he's mobile and has no tank scaling. He's a diver that builds somewhat tanky to survive.
