Seriously Swain is now the leader of Noxus it is only fitting that his Rival becomes King of Demacia as well. Not only that but we could have a Noxus vs Demacia war event.
Also my 2 cents but i feel like Jarvan should have been a juggernaut as well because he just fits the profile.

I know thats why i made the note of Swain being Jarvans rival considering Jarvan the 3 has no real enemies that we know of .

Demacia is a militaristic kingdom that favors honor and duty and is strict in keeping its people in line.

Honestly Jarvan the 3rd was only mention in the JOJ once or twice and then never mentioned again. It would make it far better if J4 became the king then he would be on Swains same level and we could have war events between the two.
