Isn't pretty obvious that Riot doesn't put as much effort into its lore as it used to?
Check out some recently retconned champion lore like Amumu or Skarner...
Does their current lore bio's give you much confidence in the narrative team?

Impetual1 votesSadly, I kinda know my posts are in vain. The current Riot wouldn't revert the lore retcon based on community feedback...maybe the old Riot would have, but not the current one.
The current Riot want's to simplify and mass produce lore that has a unique feel, but lacks the determination to create a substantial narrative that connects the story to the world and the other characters in that world to each other anymore.
Current Riot has sold out Runeterra, hell they flushed most of its lore down the toilet.
And I'm gonna keep reminding them of that until they change enough to acknowledge it, and find a better way. I still have faith in Riot, despite their asinine story decisions.
I wouldn't keep making threads if I didn't believe that they could do better.
