What with the new super vague lore, it says she's still the youngest of an important Noxian family but not of which.
I'm gonna just ask, are

still siblings and they are just being coy about it now, or not?

A Rioter did say that they that they are still siblings, plus their champion pages say they are still friends.
Champions old lore are still true, only unless the retcon openly contradicts it.
Anything from the old lore that doesnt revolve the way Cassiopeia got her curse is still canon.
Besides, remember, telling WHICH Noxian family she's from is giving "details."
These short bios tells us the gist of their background, but doesn't dive into the "details." The details are suppose to come in when Riot (finally) brings out the big lore they've been DYING to give us, so they could stop hiding.
On an unrelated note (sort of), I'd personally love if Riot gave us some stories about these two (and Talon). I haven't seen much in terms of exploring how these characters interact with one another.
Yes.
But new players would need to go out of their way to find that out because Lore is a mess.
