And they rework drain to work more like Ravenous Flock, Swain's old ult.

I think it would be a good "modernizing" of the ability. Drain was create in a League where mobility was low. But now that everyone has dash/blink. Being able to heal and move would amazing.

I doubt that this will happen. There is a reason why they removed Swain's old ultimate from his kit, it was absolutely toxic to play against.
